Add over   5/8 of an inch   of fork travel in 1 hour   "without raising the bike 1mm"   Nada, Zilch.  
 
More travel is better performance no matter which way you look at it.
But doing it at the stock ride height? That is another crazy Suspension101 invention.
Our spring guides allow the fork to go deeper into the stroke rather than raising the height of the bike.
You simply use more of the chrome on your fork tubes.
 
It also allows so many more options to bring in more plushness and you automatically will have more bottoming resistance and more safety. 
If you're mechanically savvy, you can install the spring preload fixer perch as well. The reduced spring preload and added travel make for more of the plushness we are looking for.
